Round 2: Project Submission Shortlisted teams must submit: Complete project/demo GitHub repository PPT/documentation Demo video or deployed link Projects will be judged on implementation, creativity, usability, scalability, and technical quality. Round 3: Final Presentation (Online) Finalist teams will present their projects in an online evaluation round. Presentations may include: Live demo Project walkthrough Q&A session with judges Future scope and scalability discussion Rules & Guidelines: All projects, code, and assets must be original Plagiarism or copied projects will lead to disqualification Teams must submit projects within the provided timelines Submission links and repositories must remain accessible Participants are expected to maintain professional and ethical conduct throughout the hackathon Organizers reserve the right to modify timelines or rules if required Judging Criteria: Projects will be evaluated based on: Innovation & Creativity Relevance to the Problem Statement Technical Implementation UI/UX & Presentation Real World Impact Scalability & Feasibility Team Presentation & Communication All decisions made by the judging panel will be final and binding.
