When the intelligent decision-making capabilities of artificial intelligence meet the open and inclusive nature of decentralized finance, a technological wave that disrupts the boundaries of financial innovation has arrived! The On-Chain Horizon Hackathon is officially launched, inviting global geek developers, entrepreneurs, university teams and industry practitioners to join this grand event.

Under the core theme of “Technology Empowers Finance, Innovation Reconstructs Ecosystem”, this event focuses on the practical implementation of AI technologies in DeFi scenarios. During the hackathon, participants will form cross-disciplinary teams to develop projects around key tracks, including AI-driven intelligent trading strategies, on-chain financial infrastructure, and AI-automated operation and maintenance for DeFi protocols.

For the winning projects, we will provide further support and incubation. We will introduce HashKey Group's internal marketing department, investment department, and security compliance department. At the same time, our partners within the ecosystem, including exchanges, security audit institutions, and VCs, will also participate in the construction of the winning projects to ensure that the project teams have good resources for development.

# **Prize for each Track （DeFi, AI）**

We will announce the winning projects and teams on July 12, and the prize money will be distributed within 14 working days

# **Submission Requirements**

• Open to individuals and teams worldwide

• Projects must be original and built or rebuilt during the hackathon period

• Projects should be built on **HashKey Chain** and align with one of the hackathon tracks: **DeFi, Al**

• Using officially recommended products and frameworks will earn extra points.

For the DeFi track, please use HSP (you can find the user manual in the top navigation bar of **[https://hashfans.io/](https://hashfans.io/)**)

• Make sure you deploy your smart contract on HashKey Chain mainnet, projects that have not completed deployment will be automatically deemed to have forfeited their eligibility for demo selection

• Teams that can conduct a live demo in Japan will have priority in being selected

**Submission Deadline**

The **final submission deadline is July 11, 23:59 (GMT+8)**.

Please ensure all materials are submitted on time. The system will be closed automatically after the deadline, and no late submissions will be accepted. Thank you for your cooperation.

# **Judges**

To ensure fairness and impartiality of the competition, as well as to obtain a comprehensive evaluation of the participating projects, our judges come from different roles within the industry, including but not limited to members of HashKey Chain team, EAG, SNZ, AWS, Kraken, Dorahacks, HashKey Capital, SeeGrowth, DGrid AI,etc.

# **Extra Info**

All participating teams are eligible for comprehensive post-event support beyond cash prizes.

Winning teams will receive **end-to-end resource backing**, including:

- Technical development support from the HashKey Chain engineering team

- Investment opportunities & funding support from HashKey Capital

- Professional compliance consulting from our in-house legal team

- Ecosystem co-building resources from our strategic partners, covering security audit, top-tier VCs, media exposure, and exchange collaboration

Notably, **non-winning teams are not excluded from these benefits**.We will review all high-potential projects and reach out via email with the same suite of ecosystem and institutional resources for further incubation and cooperation. Please keep an eye on your inbox for follow-up communications.

Given a large volume of submissions, our jury will conduct a thorough review of every project.Due to limited slots, **not all teams will be selected for the final demo pitch**. Please ensure your project demonstrates strong **completeness, technical maturity and innovation**.

The **Official Pitch Schedule will be released before July 13 23:59 (GMT+8)**. Please stay tuned for updates.

High-potential projects without a demo slot will still be contacted via your registered information for follow-up incubation, resource support and future collaboration opportunities.

For **online demo participants**: you must follow the official time slot strictly. Failure to attend on time will be regarded as **automatic forfeiture of your demo right**.
