About Confluence 2.0: Confluence 2.0 is the flagship international online innovation hackathon organized by THE HELPER, bringing together student innovators, developers, designers, entrepreneurs, and problem-solvers from across the country to build impactful solutions for real-world challenges. Following the success of Confluence 1.0, which empowered hundreds of students to collaborate, innovate, and transform ideas into reality, Confluence 2.0 aims to create an even larger platform for innovation, creativity, and technological excellence. Whether you're an experienced hacker, a first-time builder, a designer, a visionary entrepreneur, or simply someone passionate about solving meaningful problems, Confluence 2.0 is your opportunity to build, learn, collaborate, and create impact. Tracks : Participants may choose to build solutions in one or more of the following domains: 1. Fintech 2. Blockchain 3. Cyber Security 4. AI Automation 5. Open Innovation Competition Format: Fully Online Round 1: Registration & Team Formation Participants must register through the official platform. Teams may consist of: Minimum: 2 participant Maximum: 4 participants Participants may participate individually or form teams. Round 2: Idea Submission Registered teams must submit a brief overview of their idea, including: Problem Statement Proposed Solution Expected Impact Team Details Submissions will be evaluated based on innovation, relevance, feasibility, and potential impact. Round 3: PPT Shortlisting Round Shortlisted teams will be required to submit a presentation deck covering: Problem Statement Solution Overview Technical Approach Architecture / Workflow Impact & Scalability Future Scope Teams will be evaluated on creativity, clarity, innovation, feasibility, and presentation quality. Round 4: Hackathon Phase Selected teams will participate in the official hackathon phase and build a working solution within the specified hackathon duration. Teams are encouraged to: Identify real-world challenges Build innovative solutions Demonstrate technical feasibility Create user-centric experiences Present measurable impact Mentorship sessions and expert guidance may be provided during this phase Round 5 : Evaluation, Judging & Grand Finale Projects will be evaluated by industry professionals, mentors, and experts based on predefined judging criteria. Top-performing teams will present their solutions before the judging panel through a live demonstration and pitch session. Projects will be judged on: Innovation & Creativity Technical Excellence Problem Solving Impact & Scalability User Experience Presentation & Demonstration Mentorship sessions and expert guidance may be provided during this phase. Eligibility : Open to students from all colleges and universities. Students from any academic discipline are eligible. Inter-college teams are allowed. Inter-specialization teams are allowed. Participants must possess a valid student ID. Individual participation is permitted. Judging Criteria: Projects will be evaluated on: Innovation & Creativity Technical Implementation Problem Relevance User Experience & Design Scalability Impact & Feasibility Presentation & Demonstration Rules & Guidelines: All submitted work must be original. Teams may use open-source tools, frameworks, and APIs. Plagiarism or copying existing solutions may lead to immediate disqualification. Participants must comply with all event timelines and submission deadlines. Organizers reserve the right to disqualify any team violating event policies. Decisions made by judges and organizers will be final and binding. Teams are responsible for ensuring that submitted projects are functional and accessible during evaluation. Any form of misconduct, abuse, or unfair practice may result in disqualification.
