About Build in AI for India Build in AI for India is a nationwide 7-day online AI hackathon bringing together students, developers, founders, researchers, and builders to create AI-powered solutions for real-world challenges across India. Participants build products that create meaningful impact in sectors such as healthcare, education, agriculture, governance, MSMEs, financial inclusion, regional languages, accessibility, and developer tools. India doesn't need more AI demos—India needs AI products that solve real problems. This is where builders come together to ship them. Build any AI-powered product, tool, agent, workflow, or application that solves a meaningful problem for India. No fixed problem statement—usefulness and impact are the primary focus.
