Ready to turn your ideas into reality? Join the 24-Hour National Level Hackathon at AVANZARE 2K26 and challenge yourself to innovate, code, collaborate, and build impactful solutions within 24 hours. Compete with talented teams, solve real-world problems, and showcase your creativity on a national platform. Event Date & Duration: Event Dates: 17.07.2026 – 18.07.2026 Hackathon Duration: 24 Hours (Continuous) The hackathon will commence on 17 July 2026 and conclude on 18 July 2026 . All project development activities must be completed within the 24-hour hackathon period. Eligibility: Open to Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) students from recognized colleges and universities across India. Students from all engineering, technology, science, and allied disciplines are eligible to participate. Participants must carry a valid College ID card for verification. Team participation is mandatory. Problem Statements:  Hardware  1. IoT-Based NPK Soil Nutrient Monitoring System Problem Statement: Develop an IoT system to monitor soil Nitrogen (N), Phosphorus (P), and Potassium (K) levels in real time and provide fertilizer recommendations to farmers. Tech Stack: IoT, Sensors, Cloud, Mobile/Web App Outcome: Improved crop yield and optimized fertilizer usage.   2. Smart Weather Station for Agriculture Problem Statement: Build a smart weather station that monitors environmental parameters and provides localized weather insights for agricultural decision-making. Tech Stack: IoT, Sensors, Analytics Outcome: Better crop planning and reduced weather-related losses.   3. Geographic Location-Based Crop Disease Prediction Problem Statement: Develop an AI model that predicts crop diseases using location and climatic data and recommends preventive measures. Tech Stack: Machine Learning, GIS, Data Analytics Outcome: Early disease detection and reduced crop losses.   4. Soil Moisture-Based Automated Irrigation System Problem Statement: Design an automated irrigation system that controls water supply based on soil moisture levels. Tech Stack: IoT, Sensors, Embedded Systems Outcome: Water conservation and efficient irrigation.   5. Precision Farming Solution for Polyhouse Cultivation Problem Statement: Create a smart monitoring and control system for polyhouse environments to optimize crop growth. Tech Stack: IoT, AI, Automation Outcome: Increased productivity and resource efficiency.     Software   1. Burn-Ex: AI-Based Calorie Estimation System Problem Statement: Develop an AI model to estimate calories burned during physical activities using a self-generated dataset without relying on external APIs. Tech Stack: Computer Vision, Machine Learning Outcome: Accurate and privacy-preserving fitness analytics.   2. Enhancement of Existing IEEE Projects Problem Statement: Enhance an existing IEEE project by integrating advanced technologies to improve performance and real-world usability. Tech Stack: AI, IoT, Edge Computing Outcome: Scalable and deployable solution.   3. WhatsApp Lead Engagement System Problem Statement: Build a system that automatically sends WhatsApp messages to leads and prioritizes prospects based on interactions. Tech Stack: NLP, CRM, Automation Outcome: Improved customer engagement and conversion.   4. AI-Based Resume Screening System Problem Statement: Develop an AI solution that filters and ranks resumes according to job requirements and skills. Tech Stack: NLP, Machine Learning Outcome: Faster and more accurate hiring.   Team Formation: Each team must consist of 2 to 4 members. Inter-college teams are allowed. Inter-department/inter-specialization teams are allowed. A participant can be a member of only one team. Hackathon Format: The hackathon will be conducted in a single round. Teams are required to analyze the problem, design the solution, develop the prototype, and prepare the final presentation within the allotted time. At the end of the hackathon, each team must present and demonstrate their solution before the judging panel. Duration : Hackathon Duration: 24 Hours (Continuous) All project development activities must be completed within the 24-hour hackathon period. General Instructions: Team members must complete individual registration. After registration, payment must also be completed. Teams can be formed on the day of the event. A common community group will be created and shared via the registration confirmation mail for updates and announcements. Teams are free to select the problem statement from give list. The jury’s decision will be final and binding. Dinner and Breakfast and refreshments will be provided for both days. Lunch will be not provided. Participants will not be permitted to leave the campus under any condition. Any team leaving the campus within the 24 hours will be eliminated immediately. Participants are advised to carry an extension box and other necessities as required. AC venues will be allocated for all participants. Participants must bring their own water bottles, water refill facilities will be provided.
